1. Introduction
Welcome to LyoBB Services, operated by BioAcumen Global Pte. Ltd. (“BioAcumen Global”, “LyoBB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, social media platforms, and breast milk freeze-drying services (“Services”). By accessing our website, contacting us, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Communications through WhatsApp, email, telephone and social media
Orders for breast milk freeze-drying services
Collection, processing, packaging and return of freeze-dried breast milk
Any additional services offered by BioAcumen Global from time to time
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The breast milk submitted belongs to you, or you have the legal authority to submit it for processing.
All information provided to BioAcumen Global is accurate and complete.
4. Orders and Payment
Full or partial payment may be required before processing begins. Prices published by BioAcumen Global are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order has been confirmed, the agreed pricing for that order will remain applicable unless both parties agree otherwise. BioAcumen Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, illegal activity, inaccurate information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from providing the Service safely.
5. Quality Assurance and Processing Standards
BioAcumen Global maintains stringent quality assurance procedures throughout the handling and freeze-drying process to help ensure the safety and quality of every order. To ensure breast milk can be safely processed, submitted breast milk must meet our Processing Standards. BioAcumen Global reserves the right to decline processing where these standards are not met. Our Processing Standards include, but are not limited to:
Breast milk must be stored in food-grade breast milk storage bags or suitable containers.
Storage bags or containers must be securely sealed and free from visible leaks, tears or contamination.
Breast milk must remain frozen upon arrival at our facility.
Breast milk should meet our current storage eligibility requirements as published on our website or communicated before collection.
Milk bags should be clearly labelled by the customer.
If submitted breast milk does not meet these standards or cannot be safely processed, BioAcumen Global will contact the customer to discuss available options. Subject to applicable safety requirements, the breast milk may be returned to the customer, collected by the customer, or disposed of safely.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Expressing breast milk using hygienic practices.
Properly storing breast milk before collection or shipment.
Correctly sealing and labelling all milk storage bags.
Ensuring submitted breast milk belongs to them or that they have legal authority to submit it.
Informing BioAcumen Global if any breast milk has experienced accidental thawing, contamination, prolonged power failure, or other unusual storage conditions before collection or shipment.
BioAcumen Global is not responsible for issues arising from improper expression, storage, labelling, handling or packaging before the breast milk is received by us.
7. Collection, Delivery and Logistics
Local Orders (Singapore)
For customers located within Singapore, BioAcumen Global provides collection of frozen breast milk using temperature-controlled handling procedures designed to help maintain the frozen condition during transportation to our processing facility. Upon completion of processing, finished products will normally be returned using our appointed third-party delivery partner unless the customer has specifically arranged delivery by BioAcumen Global. Standard delivery costs are included unless otherwise stated. Where customers request delivery by BioAcumen Global, additional charges may apply. BioAcumen Global will take reasonable care to ensure products are appropriately packaged before handover to the delivery partner.
International Orders
Customers outside Singapore are responsible for arranging and paying all international shipping, courier, customs clearance, import duties, export duties, taxes, permits and any related charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import and export regulations within their own country. BioAcumen Global is not responsible for delays, customs clearance, shipping disruptions, temperature excursions or losses occurring before the breast milk has been received and accepted at our processing facility. Where BioAcumen Global assists in arranging international return shipping, all shipping costs, duties, taxes and related charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
8. Processing Time
Estimated turnaround times provided by BioAcumen Global are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, public holidays, logistics arrangements, equipment maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. BioAcumen Global will make reasonable efforts to complete all orders within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee any specific completion date.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our breast milk freeze-drying service, all confirmed orders are non-refundable once the breast milk has been collected by BioAcumen Global for processing. Every baby is unique. BioAcumen Global cannot guarantee that every baby will accept freeze-dried breast milk after reconstitution. Freeze-drying naturally reduces lipase activity, which may help minimise odour associated with excess lipase, but it does not completely eliminate pre-existing lipase characteristics. Natural variations in colour, aroma, taste, texture, powder consistency and ease of rehydration may occur and do not indicate that the product is defective. If customers have concerns regarding their processed breast milk, we encourage them to contact us promptly.
10. Scope of Service
BioAcumen Global provides breast milk freeze-drying and packaging services. Our Services do not include:
Medical diagnosis or medical advice.
Testing breast milk for bacteria, viruses, contaminants or nutritional composition.
Sterilisation or pasteurisation of breast milk.
Guaranteeing infant acceptance of freeze-dried breast milk.
Guaranteeing any specific nutritional or health outcome.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on our website, social media platforms, printed materials and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and designs, remains the property of BioAcumen Global Pte. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Websites
Our website or social media platforms may contain links to third-party websites. BioAcumen Global has no control over the content or practices of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them.
13. Disclaimer
BioAcumen Global provides breast milk freeze-drying services only. Freeze-drying removes moisture from breast milk to improve storage stability but does not sterilise breast milk or remove bacteria, viruses, medications or contaminants that may already exist before processing. Customers remain responsible for expressing, storing and handling breast milk safely before it is received by BioAcumen Global. Information published on our website, social media channels and marketing materials is intended for general educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Customers should consult their healthcare professional regarding infant feeding decisions where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
BioAcumen Global exercises reasonable care throughout collection, processing and packaging. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, BioAcumen Global’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Force Majeure
BioAcumen Global shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, power outages, equipment failure, epidemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labour disputes or acts of God.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected during the course of providing our Services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
17. Termination
BioAcumen Global reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services where customers breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in unlawful conduct or where continuing the Service would compromise safety or legal compliance.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
19. Amendments
BioAcumen Global may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
